Flexible Coaching Sessions

You can choose from:

  • Individual 60-minute sessions (£60 each)

  • The eight-session SCALES Programme (£400 total)

  • A free 15-minute consultation

 

Sessions are available in person within 10 miles of Bishop’s Stortford or online across the UK.
