What strategies do you use to help clients achieve their goals?

To help clients achieve a better balance, I use several key strategies:

‣  Assess individual needs and priorities: I start by understanding each client’s unique situation, values, and goals to create a realistic and flexible plan tailored to them.

‣  Encourage flexibility: I enable clients to gain more control over their schedules.

‣  Set clear boundaries: We work on establishing and communicating boundaries between school/work and personal time, including designated spaces and ‘switch-off’ routines to prevent the two from spilling into each other.

‣  Time management tools: I introduce practical tools like calendars, task lists and actionable exercises to help clients visualise and optimise how they spend their time.

‣  Prioritise self-care and social time: I emphasise the importance of regular breaks, exercise, and quality time with loved ones to support overall wellbeing.

‣  Regular check-ins and support: Ongoing sessions help clients review progress, adjust plans, and stay motivated as they build healthier habits. We will work on the principles of SCALES together to bring balance and harmony to your life.

This holistic, client-centred method empowers each person to find a pattern and rhythm that works for their unique life circumstances.

How do you ensure a balanced approach?

A balanced approach to wellbeing coaching is ensured by focusing on the whole person, addressing physical, mental, and emotional health together, rather than in isolation. This means supporting clients to make positive changes across areas like nutrition, sleep, activity, stress management, and relationships, while also helping them set realistic, personalised goals that fit their unique needs and values. Regular check-ins, active listening, and ongoing support help maintain this balance and ensure lasting wellbeing for each individual.

What makes your wellbeing coaching unique?

What makes my approach to wellbeing coaching unique is its truly personalised and holistic focus. I centre every session around your individual goals, challenges, and lifestyle: there’s no one-size-fits-all advice here. My coaching empowers you to find your own solutions, drawing on your strengths and supporting you to make sustainable changes that fit your life. We look at your whole wellbeing – physical, mental, and emotional – so you can achieve balance and lasting results, not just quick fixes. This person-centred, empowering approach helps you build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness, ensuring that the changes you make are meaningful and long-lasting.
