The SCALES Model
I use the SCALES Model, a wellbeing framework developed through my work with the Retune charity. It focuses on six key “strings” that keep your wellbeing in tune:
Sleep – Rest and recovery for a balanced mind.
Creative – Express emotions through imagination and activity.
Active – Movement to lift mood and boost energy.
Listen – Tune in to what inspires you and fuels positive change.
Earth – Stay grounded through mindfulness and nature.
Social – Build strong, supportive relationships.
Each coaching programme helps you strengthen these strings, bringing your mental health and wellbeing into harmony.
Flexible Sessions
I offer one-to-one sessions in person within 10 miles of Bishop’s Stortford or online if that’s easier for you.
You can book:
• A single 60-minute session for £60
• An eight-session SCALES Programme for £400 (£50 per session)
