No. While many clients come to me for career pressures, resilience coaching for individuals covers all of life—parenting, relationships, and personal goals. The tools apply everywhere.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy helps you understand why you feel a certain way (often looking at the past). Resilience coaching focuses on what to do about it (looking at the present and future).

Can I do this online?
Absolutely. I coach clients across the UK via Zoom, as well as face-to-face sessions in Essex.
