  • Listen – Tune into your emotional and physical needs

  • Earth – Stay grounded through mindfulness or time outdoors

  • Social – Build connections that lift and support you

Flexible Sessions

You can choose from:

 

  • 60-minute individual sessions (£60 each)

  • The eight-session SCALES Programme (£400 total)

  • A free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals

Sessions are available in person around Bishop’s Stortford or online throughout the UK.
