Counselling often explores past trauma. Burnout recovery coaching is solution-focused. We look at your current habits, daily routine, and mindset to create a practical plan for feeling better now.

Can we meet in person?

 

Yes. I offer face-to-face sessions in Essex (walking coaching available) or online via Zoom for clients across the UK.
